Basketball is a physical game of speed, power, accuracy and execution requiring tremendous preparation and repetition. In order to play basketball you have to be able to not only execute accurate skills, but have the speed, endurance and ability to get into position to make or break a play.

Youth basketball training should not be taken lightly or overlooked for ball time. As important as ball time and skill practice is, better athletes make better players and all of the skill coaching in the world won’t make better athletes, but DX3 can!
